Update:
11/03/10 Andy Howat and Tom Shouksmith have withdrawn from the league. Semis to be played on Sunday 21 March.
Due to the weather, the league will finish at the end of Feb (extended by 1 month). Anyone who hasn't completed all their games will have to be dropped to make the point scoring fair. The semi's and final will be played in the first 2 weekends of March. Semi's on Sunday 7 March, followed by the final on Sunday 14 March.
25/01/10 John Giles and Ben Naughton have withdrawn from the league. Matches already played have been nullified and the leaderboard adjusted appropriately.
30/11/09 Ed Zeigler has withdrawn from the league due to work commitments. Both the matches already played have been nullified and the leaderboard adjusted appropriately.

Rules:
1. Entry fee £5
2. Each player must commit to playing a 3 set match against all other players in the league by end Jan at the latest. So 10 matches each.
3. A full 3 sets are played in each match, with a point picked up for each set won (so even if a player is 2-0 down in sets, there is still a point to play for).
4. The scores will be written on the league grid, which will be posted in the clubhouse, by the players straight after their game.
5. Initial dates will be set for each game (Sunday mornings - so that more than one game can take place at a time - for a bit of banter and team spirit).
6. Players will be responsible for organising their games with the other members if they cannot make alloted dates
7. Balls will need to be supplied by the individuals playing (note the players would prefer not to pay additional fees for new balls each time - so best to leave the balls used upto them).
8. The top 4 will be broken into 2 semi final playoffs, with the final to take place be the end of Feb.
