Membership Fees During Coronavirus Pandemic
We have decided to extend the membership of anyone who was a registered member of ARTC on 31.3.20, until 30.9.20 free of charge.
From 1.10.20 membership will need to be renewed for 6 months until 31.3.21 at a pro rata rate of 6/12 for the year. The annual yearly payment will then resume from 1.4.21. This is to recognise that members will have no access to league tennis this season and a gesture of goodwill to our tennis community.
Anyone wishing to join the tennis club as a new member from the now until 30.9.20 will be charged a flat rate of adults £20, juniors £5 and families £50. Membership will then need to be renewed on 1.10.20 as above.
Eligibility for Membership
Membership is open to all without discrimination.
Subscriptions are agreed at the AGM and are due on 1 April annually. Subscriptions must be paid before the end of April, after which time play will not be allowed at any time, including league matches.
|Junior Membership||Children up to the age of 18 and students in full time education up to the age of 21 as at 31 August.|
|Family Membership||2 parents/guardians and all children within the family unit up to the age of 18 and students in full time education up to the age of 21 as at 31 August.|
Members are responsible for collecting visitor's fees from each of their guests each playing session and handing it to the Treasurer or any committee member. Adult fee £2.00. Junior fee £1.00. The maximum number of guests is limited to three per member. Potential members are allowed to play at the Club up to a maximum of 3 times during a season, and after that, must apply for Membership.
